    Tired after 2 workouts yesterday, so scaled back.
    BI: row 10min ~2350m, back lunges, side lunges, light push-jerk, abmat situp, leg lift, ring row
    WOD: 15:04
    scaled to the following:
    15X push-jerk w 75#
    15X ring rows
    15X abmat situps
    15X leglifts
    CO: back/side lunges, stretch, roll out

    Strength WOD (went light):
    5X5 DB close grip bench press: 40/55/65/70/70/70/70
    4X6 shoulder press: 95lb
    5X5 superset:
    ballistic pullup
    DB row 50/50/60/60/60
    2X15 Upright rows: 95X8, 65/65
    1X max rep box squats: 185lbX16 (arms started going numb)
    3X10 knee to elbows
    CO: stretch/roll out
